My name is Gyulfe Fekova and I am a part of the People Solutions Factory team in the role of HR consultant. I
graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and I am currently in the process of acquiring
a Master's degree in Human Resource Economy.
I started my career as part of the recruiting team of an international company specializing in Human Capital
field. I joined the PSF team in 2018 and I am delighted to have the opportunity to build and develop my
professional skills with the support of outstanding people and professionals with years of experience in the
field.
I believe that a person’s biggest accomplishments are a product of hard work, dedication and a strong desire
to succeed. That is why I try to do my best to help the people I meet on their way to career change find the
right place which corresponds to their personal qualities and professional interests. I strive to build not
only a professional but also a personal relationship with them.
I consider myself a customer-oriented, result-oriented and open to innovative ideas person. Тhe personal
qualities that help me succeed in my work are the skills to prioritize my duties, to have an individual
approach to everyone and a good attitude about everything that is happening around me.
Besides my work, I like to travel and explore new people and cultures. I always find time for my passion for
painting and yoga.
My name is Paola Koycheva and I hold MA Degree in Psychology from Sofia University. My University’s
background includes also academic knowledge in Business Administration and Information Science. I am
certified in Project Management from Project Management Institute and Prince 2 foundation.
I have multifaceted professional experience in diverse industries and environments being involved in a
variety of roles to finally realize my full potential in the role of an HR consultant.
I have developed my career so far in varied companies, bringing in local and global corporate values and
cultures. All these years enriched my personality and empowered my professional nature. I have been part of
teams operating in Bulgaria as well as multicultural international teams, located all over EMEA and USA,
dealing with all levels of seniority.
My passion has always been Psychology and its practical application in both, personal and professional life.
My credo is valuing personalities with their talents and the greatest satisfaction in my professional life
is finding the suitable environment for every candidate I meet. I love what I do, and I don’t treat it as a
“job”, but as my personal mission and commitment. I’d describe my style as client-centred and
people-oriented and I treat “Resources” part in the HR as personalities.
I am dedicated to using proper communication and exchanging ideas, as my understanding is that the
appropriate and true dialogue is the solid base of any relationship. After all, the final objective is
having all the parties delighted and content.
Apart from my professional life, I am also a spouse and a mother of a 9-old cheerful boy. I adore spending
time travelling with them and exploring new cultures. I am also certified Positive Psychotherapist and
Hypnotherapist – skills that I use mainly in my everyday life and relations.
My name is Doroteya Filipova and I am the Founder of People Solutions Factory. For the last 11 years I have
been working in the HR consultancy business. Over the years I have gained extensive experience in
recruitment and HR and I’m really passionate about helping people to find the right place for them as well
as supporting company’s to find and retain talents while developing their business.
Being a good HR Consultant, you must have exceptional communication skills, to be people-oriented to be
flexible and adaptable as well as resourceful and multitasking, and the most important to love your job.
Because this is not a regular eight to five job, this job is much more demanding and require a strong
commitment and deep devotion. So being a HR Consultant is a vocation.
All my professional life I’m focused on gaining new knowledge and experience while working on complex and
unique HR projects. I always strive on delivering high quality of service and completing projects in
required time frames. I teach my team that quality is all that matters in professional HR consultancy.
I am graduated psychologist with a Master degree in Human Resources management and development from New
Bulgarian University and Open University. My expertise is in the following areas: executive search and
selection, career consulting, outplacement, competences audits, trainings delivery, development and
implementation of employee surveys as well as employee engagement programs.
My personal interests are in business psychology, human design and astrology. I am admirer of Dale Carnegie
teaching and his works.
My name is Adelina Popova and I am the Co-founder of People Solutions Factory.
My professional life has been dedicated to various roles in the area of Managing People and Strategic Human
Capital projects.
In my portfolio, I have more than 10 years of experience in KPMG, the last three acting as Regional Head of
HR for a cluster of several South-European countries.
I worked on a Global HR role for the IT giant – Hewlett Packard – getting to know locations like Central
America, India, Asia Pacific and North America.
Another Global role (being the Global HR Director for another IT company) has further enriched my knowledge
and skills as well as international mindset and absolutely boundless attitude towards doing business.
I possess genuine curiosity and ability to get to the core of the matter. I love interacting with people and
analyzing the drivers of success and motivation. I love to explore various business models and design
unconventional solutions.
My strengths are strategy thinking; deep analytical power, ability to translate solutions from one area of
life into another.
In business, I have always recognized the power of the team and unique talents. This is why my greatest
achievements include building winning teams and great professionals.
My areas of expertise include design and implementation of critical People Management processes – Performance
management; Talent identification and succession planning; Building mentoring programs; creation of
leadership development programs. I love to work on projects related with Organizational design; Executive
placements and transformation activities.
In life, I have a constant challenge of an eight-year old ‘why?’ kid, a dog and a husband.
Normally, I find my nirvana and time to be with myself skiing in winter, and travelling around the
world.
