People Solutions Factory is a boutique HR company specializing in providing strategic support to its clients in the area of Human Capital Management.

Our client offers unique and revolutionary technology for identification, strong authentication and signing. The technology is specifically developed with many of the current regulatory changes in mind, that take place within the services industry like financial services, telecommunication services, and many more.

For their sales executive team based in Sofia, we are looking to recruit a person with compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business to join the team in the role of:

Account Executive/ Business development 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify customer needs.
  • Analyze business and review future prospects.
  • Assist team lead to create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Present products to prospective clients and promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Manage the sales cycle from receiving a lead to closing a deal.
  • Organize signing of sales contracts.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.

Required Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Previous experience in financial services/insurance and/or banking industry (adv.)
  • Proven sales track record in selling services 
  • International business development experince (adv.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Experience with Salesforce will be an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in English - written and spoken
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build good relationships
  • Well-developed time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a relevant field
