They are looking for an FP&A Analyst with an eye for detailed analysis and process improvements, who will be excited to get things done in close collaboration with people around the globe.

Overview:

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be part of an international FP&A team based in Sofia, Skopje and London, which is the bridge between the row data and the decision-making process.
This role has split responsibilities 30% analyzing and providing insights into revenue streams to support growth strategies; 30% assessing the group entities’ performance to guide strategic alignment; 30% dedicating to optimizing data, systems, and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy; 10% addressing ad hoc requests to meet dynamic business needs.
The role reports to the FP&A (Center of Excellence) Manager with a dotted line to Group FP&A Manager.

Your responsibilities will be: 

  • Monitoring and analyzing group revenue trends to identify areas for financial growth and decline
  • Creating detailed group reports that outline revenue performance and provide actionable insights 
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue data across all reporting systems
  • Working with subregional FP&A team and data analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue analysis
  • Preparing Revenue analysis: examine revenue trends, performance metrics and variances to provide insights into revenue streams
  • Preparing monthly consolidated group reports and analysis - consolidate and analyzing financial data from various regions to produce monthly reports that provide a clear view of the company’s overall performance
  • Supporting Group budgeting and forecasting process - assist in creating the annual budget and monthly/ quarterly forecasts by collecting and analyzing regional and functional financial inputs
  • Supporting regional submissions - ensure regional financial submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with group reporting standards
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis - perform specialized financial analysis to support management decisions and respond to specific business inquiries as directed by the CoE FP&A Manager
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate data policies and operating procedures
  • Identifying, documenting and monitoring process improvement initiatives across the group
  • Collaborate with system stakeholders, line manager and other parties on system changes and improvements

This role will fit someone with a minimum of 3-4 years of FP&A experience, strong analytical skills and ability to prepare a quality financial analysis (variance analysis, scenario modeling), knowledge of revenue recognition, planning, budgeting and forecasting skills as well advanced Excel.
