Marketing and PR Specialist

Our client is one of the top 6th international auditing and accounting firms. Currently, they are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and innovative individual to take on the role of a Marketing and PR Specialist to strengthen their marketing team. 

This person will be accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with their target audience and lead to strong brand recognition.

As a Marketing and PR Specialist your key responsibilities are below:

Brand Strategy: build and implement overall marketing and PR strategies of the company

Content Creation: Produce compelling content across various platforms, including their website, blogs, social media, newsletters, and press releases, to effectively communicate their value proposition

PR Events Coordination (Online/Offline): Plan and execute interviews, events, webinars, and conferences that align with their brand and business objectives. 

Content Tracking: Create and manage a calendar of events and content, and track resulting engagement in order to make informed data-driven decisions

Budget management: oversee marketing and advertising budget 

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an individual who:
 
  • Has a minimum of 2-3 years in marketing, communications and brand management 
  • Has an entrepreneurial and startup mindset, with demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous professional experience in a financial consulting companies will be considered as a strong advantage
  • A proven ability to create content for print, websites and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and the like.) strong writing skills and design sense.
  • Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling
  • Has experience of planning, running, and promoting events, both online and offline.
  • Is comfortable with a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including effectively understanding analytics and using content management systems
  • Has strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience with videography and editing platforms would be a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
