For а renowned client – Kambourov & Partners Tax Consulting, one of the top law firms in Bulgaria, we are looking to recruit a talented and eager to learn and develop further professional to join their growing team in the role of:
Tax Consultant - Transfer pricing and International tax
As a member of a Tax department, you will consult for a variety of major global corporations regarding their international tax affairs and Transfer Pricing (TP) frameworks. Your responsibilities include evaluating different sectors and business models to identify value creation and appropriate compensation for activities. You will assist in carrying out tax initiatives focused on establishing intercompany TP strategies and drafting the necessary documentation for tax regulator.
Specific job responsibilities:
- Advising clients on transfer pricing together with your colleagues
- Executing statistical and regulatory assessment/evaluation for advisory work
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of clients business and the industry in which they operate
- Preparing formal documentation or reports that detail the methodologies and findings of the research
- Writing memos or reports to record the specific analysis and pricing methods.
- Monitoring changes in international transfer pricing standards
Requirements of the position:
- LL.M. in Law, EU Law, Tax law or Economics.
- A proven track record of experience in execution of TP engagements of a minimum of 1,5-2 years
- Experience in a similar position in a consulting or law firm would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
- You are analytical, naturally curious, and good at building relationships.
- You enjoy tackling problems and asking the right questions to get to the core.
- You are flexible and can adapt to changing situations.
- You are energetic and motivated.
